Update Line Shipping address created from Custom option using Client Script
Hi Netsuite Gurus
Good day,
I’m attempting to modify the custom Ship-to Address at the line level using a SuiteScript client script on the validation event. However, the values in the subrecord are not updating as expected.
I’ve tried multiple approaches to store the value, but the changes still aren't reflecting. Below are the code snippets I’ve tested:
- javascriptCopy codevar objRecord = record.load({ type: record.Type.SALES_ORDER, id: 57526, isDynamic: false });objRecord.setSublistValue({ sublistId: 'iladdrbook', line: 6, fieldId: 'iladdrshipzip', value: postalCode.toString() });objRecord.save();
- javascriptCopy codeobjCurrentRecord.selectLine({ sublistId: 'iladdrbook', line: 6 });objRecord.setCurrentSublistValue({ sublistId: 'iladdrbook', fieldId: 'iladdrshipzip', value: postalCode.toString() });
