Quantity on hand in Sales order not same as item record

My part AGT24-P has 2 different UOM's we use. pcs and BOX (10 pieces/box). For some reason, on my sales order, the line item for the PN states that I have an On Hand quantity of 98.666 boxes, which is 3 times less than actually seen in the part details. Any idea where this is being driven from??
