SiteBuilder Platform Cache Issue
Hello, We recently updated one of our JavaScript files on Monday, but it appears that the change has not propagated correctly. Currently, only one user can see the updated version, while all other customers are still seeing the previous version, which is affecting the functionality of our site.
Unlike the SuiteCommerce Advanced platform, SiteBuilder lacks tools to manually clear the cache. We’ve noticed that any updates to images, CSS, or JS files on SiteBuilder take a considerable amount of time to reflect on the front end. This delay has become critical, as our main platform is currently down due to a hardcoded deployment URL in one of the scripts. Despite the update being five days old, the change is still not visible to most users.
