Customers/Vendors of inactive subsidiaries

Hello everyone,

We have customers and vendors that have a primary subsidiary in which will be inactivated really soon. Also, note that these customers and vendors have remaining balances with this subsidiary.

I would like to ask what will happen to these customers and vendors once the subsidiary will be inactivated. Also, can the primary subsidiary be changed to a new one?
