Pulling Value from another record not working on Update
We created a Workflow to auto populate the value of a custom field on our Project record. The value is being pulled from another record. This is working on the initial creation of the Project.
However, if the field on the originating record is updated, the corresponding field on the Project does not reflect this change.
This is the Project record. If you select a PreSales Activity Reference, the Assigned PreSales should also be updated.
Here is the Assigned PreSales on Opp1000. Note that user H was not carried over.
