I have followed the instructions of Answer ID 95365 and am unable to see the REMOVE column:

Solution

1. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles
2. Custom role: Click Edit
3. Click Permissions 
4. Click Lists 
5. Permission:
   • Select Customers
     • Level: Select Full
   • Select Documents and Files
     • Level: Select Full
   • Select Track Messages
     • Level: Select Full
6. Click Save

What other permissions should I check?
