NetSuite Mobile App - Creates Duplicate Expense Report
Hello,
We've recently had a few of our sales associates say that when they are entering a new expense report on the mobile app, it is creating two, or a duplicate, after they tab submit. They then have to go back and delete the duplicate expense report.
In addition, folks are saying their closed expense reports still appear on their dashboard > To Report section. They have to manually delete the closed expense reports so they no longer appear in the "To Report" list.
Has anyone else come across this type of mobile app behavior? We havent changed our processes.
