Restricting Specific AP and AR Accounts to Certain Transaction Types
Hi NetSuite Community,
Does anyone have suggestions on how to handle this scenario? We have a few AP and AR accounts that we need to restrict to specific transaction types only, such as invoices and credit memos, while completely preventing their use in journal entries, like "Make Journal Entries" and "Make Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries."
Is there a way to achieve this? Additionally, if possible, can we implement these restrictions by role, so that all roles except the Administrator have limited access to these accounts?
