Dialogue prompt inside suitlet form dropdown icon cliking list is not able to view and select
For your information, we currently have a record, as mentioned in SS1, where the 'Reject' button is visible in view mode. When the user clicks the 'Reject' button, a dialog prompt opens. This dialog contains a dropdown field for selecting the rejection reason. The user selects a reason and submits the form. The record then reloads, updating both the rejection reason and the approval status. This is the proposed approach
problem :
In this approach, the user clicks the 'Reject' button (please refer to SS1), and a dialog prompt opens, centered as mentioned in SS2. The Suitelet form opens inside the dialog prompt, but when we click the dropdown icon for the rejection reason, the list of rejections is not visible. As a result, we are unable to submit and move further."
