What is the meaning of user who has access to multiple NetSuite accounts described in Suite Answer 87438?
I am not able to simulate error when trying Edit a User Role Password Reset using User Access Reset Tool method for one User Role Email Address who has access to two Companies.
Important
To initiate a password reset for a user with access to multiple NetSuite accounts, you must be an Administrator in all of those accounts. Users who are not Administrators but have only Core Administration Permissions cannot reset the password for a user who has access to multiple NetSuite accounts. (See
