Invalid request while authenticating oAuth 2.0

I am having issue with OAuth 2.0. I have tried the suggestions in the following thread but no luck. trying to connect to ADF using Auth 2.0 code flow. I have followed every step in the documentation but can't find the issue. Error "Invalid Request"

I have custom admin access and have created integration record with OAuth 2.0. But do not see any OAuth 2.0 authorized application. I would like to use a different role instead of admin. I would really appreciate your help.
