Created a Gift Certificate, but cannot populate that on Cash Sale.

Hi,

We created a Gift Certificate (not card) for us to use (this is a test before we can actually start using it). We have the appropriate accounts set up and we actually want to set our accounting preferences for this to be "Enter on Order" but for now we have set it to "System Generated" and saved the certificate.

We created a cash sale and want to use this certificate on that cash sale, but cannot seem to find the newly created Gift Certificate. Anyone know why?
