Dear Gurus,

I already create the value of the total of Quantity Ordered for each Purchase Order record as below SuiteAnswer. However, I have a purchase order that converts a Drum to a Liter via UOM. Although the customized field displays a conversion Liter(Base Unit) quantity of 200, the PO UOM is Drum. That can be show the PO UOM's quantity?

Solution

• Create a Saved Transaction Search
  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction
  3. Search Title: Enter Title
     Example: Purchase Order Quantity Ordered
  4. Click Criteria
  5. Click Standard
  6. Filter:
     Note: Always click Add once Field selected and adjusted as needed.
