Saved Search where it will show that the date is near (about to expire)

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a saved search. The requirement is I want to pull up vendors with a custom field (date). This is already done. The other requirement is when the date is near the deadline or past the deadline, the line should turn red. How can I do this?
