Customized PO form not showing full list of items

Hello Team,

Im having an issue with a custom PO form that is now not showing the full list of items, instead of that is showing only three items. I already checked and custom form has no saved search linked to restrict list of items, and the other custom forms and the standard forms are showing the list properly.

Any idea of what could be the reason to this specific form having this behavior?
