Why are there no options to generate DNS entries any more?

Has NetSuite made a change to the way DKIM are set up?
The SuiteAnswer: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/102929
is supposedly current.
However, there is no longer an option to generate DNS entries.
This is the current screen (in the administrator role)
This gives you a CName entry instead.
