Error on In-Line Edit field of Saved Search

Hi, so a few days ago all of a sudden the Notes field on our saved search which we have edited all the time and has the pencil is now throwing an error. It says "An error occurred while we were trying to load data into this text area.". On other forums several people have submitted cases and gotten it resolved so I thought mine would be resolved so I haven't submitted a case but it's still an issue for us. Do you think I should submit my own case with Support?
