Do Transfer Orders affect re-order point?

Do Transfer Orders count as "demand" for the purpose of auto-calculating reorder point? We would like to have reorder point auto-calculated for items at a given location, but the only inventory movements from this location will be via Transfer Order. Is it still possible for NetSuite to auto-calculate reorder point?
