GoBD Data Extract failing - is anyone else experiencing this?

I have the Germany Localization bundle installed (version 1.07.1) and I am trying to generate the GoBD Data Extract file from the 'Country Tax Report' page and it is failing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

We have the same bundle version in both Production and Sandbox and it is failing in both environments. We have a tax inspection next Monday and am hoping for a resolution soon! Any info will be much appreciated.
