Put items back in stock from Work Order Issue

Hello,

We have an assembly with variables. The standard BOM uses 200 of item X for an assembly of 100. But it's possible we only end up with 50 on a WO of 100. If we've issued the 200 units of X, and we complete only 50 assemblies, we would have left over item X. How do we go about putting the extra back into stock?
