Permission Name for Sales Order Customization Form

Hi there, I wanted to inquire the name of the permission for the customization on a sales order e.g. to use custom forms. I've been going through the Netsuite Permissions Usage and I do not know the name of what this area is to properly provision it to one of my users!

Current state: When my user goes to the sales order they do not have the Customize Option to them.
