Autopopulate Project fields from Sales Order

When creating a Project record from the Sales Order, the Customer is being auto-populated. We want this behavior for other fields as well.

However, when creating a Workflow for Project, on Set Field Value > From Record, I can't seem to find From Sales Order.

Please advise. Thank you.
