SuiteApprovals Reminders Portlet
Hi Everyone,
Users with an Employee Centre role are able to add the SuiteApprovals Reminders portlet to their dashboard.
Within this portlet they can view all documents awaiting approval in list form, and can see sensitive information such as the transaction memo field along with the amount (although they cannot navigate to the actual transaction).
Is there a way to restrict users from adding this portlet? SuitePeople is not being used and I don't believe we can therefore publish a dashboard to the Employee Centre (but happy to be proved wrong).
