Resolve error in Item update - csv import

Hi Everyone,

I am trying the update the Purchase price field in the Lot numbered inventory item using csv imports.
While updating I have encountered this error:
You cannot remove subsidiary: xxxx because this record is used on a transaction for subsidiary: xxxxx
I tried to provide the correct subsidiary again and was still got the same issue.
I tried to use this Suite answer ID 76992. Still cannot be resolved .
My subsidiary Hierarchy :
Parent Company A
Subsidiary B
Subsidiary C
ie. Parent company A has a subsidiary B and B has a subsidiary C.
In my Item records, I have Subsidiary B and also enable include Children which is subsidiary C.
