is ownership transfer scriptable or not ?

Hi support,

I need advice due to current limitation of ownership transfer menu, that the exchange rate is not populated from the date of exchange rate master.

I want to ask if this menu is scriptable or not ? the plan is, i want to override the exchange rate field.
