Drag Drop Not working when User Role is assigned to multiple Subsidiaries.

I have a user role when assigned to one subsidiary they can drag/drop file to the assigned folder for a vendor.

However, if I assign multiple subsidiaries and the user attempts to drag/drop the file to the same vendor an error message appears.

Looking within the subsidary under File Cabinet>Folder. The folder does not show anyone should be blocked access. (ie. department.)

Any idea why we are seeing this limitation with multi-subsidiaries?
