Filter Criteria NOT showing any results (Subsidiary)

Hi

We have a saved search but when a user tries to change the Criteria no options are displayed for the Subsidairy field. This is a custom role

When I do it in the same role I have a result

Does anyone knows the reason? User already logged out and logged in again.
