Revaluation in NetSuite in secondary books

Hi,

I have an AP which is zero out in the primary books.

For some reason , in the secondary books the account does not zero. there is a balance relates to revaluation entry, see below (888.96 ILS at 30/9 , 31/10 ETC )

This revaluation relates to 2 USD entries entered as journals , see below

I dont undertsand as the journal eliminates each other , they both entered in USD in negative direction , so why they still give me revaluation balance
