Sales Order Import Taking hours to run
Hi folks,
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing EXTREMELY long times, we are talking hours, for a transaction import to run? I have been importing sales order update files of about 25K lines (one line per sales order at this point), my trigger workflows/suitescripts is unchecked, multi-threading is on (because again, it's just a single line per order right now), and it is taking 6+ hours for the system to load 25K lines as add/update. This seems incredibly excessive to me.
Even now I am trying to run a very basic import - talking two fields: external ID and then main body field I need to update on the order - and my import has been running for 12 minutes and is only 9% complete. By this math it's going to take over 2 hours for the system to do a simple update here and I can't figure out what the issue is.
