How to resolve Hubspot contact sync error?

We integrated Hubspot for marketing pursposes but we are getting this sync error when trying to sync contacts from Hubspot to Netsuite:

This record didn't sync because of a NetSuite error.Without a Zip/Postal code it will not be possible to use this address with 3rd Party shippers. Click Cancel to edit the address.

I checked our contact form on the NetSuite side and Zip code is not a mandatory field so what is causing this issue? Hubspot support says it's from the NetSuite side.
