Zero quantity lot number is also displayed during the fulfilment

Hi,

During the fulfilment, we have observed that some of lots having zero quantity is also showing in the drop down, because of that reason system is not able to allocate the lot on FEFO method. Can someone please suggest some alternate way out for this so that we can restrict those lots to be displayed. Below is the error message displayed during the manual fulfilment
