NetSuite| Shipping Cost not getting calculated.

Hi Guys,
Good morning!

I hope you are all doing well!

We have set up UPS as a shipping carrier, but it doesn't calculate the shipping costs for any of the shipping methods. For your reference, please see the screenshot below:

You can clearly see in the above screenshot. It is not calculating the shipping cost.

Can you guys let me know the solution to this?
