Installing bundle and there's already content existing that might be overwritten. Suggestions?

I'm wanting to install the SC Best Sellers bundle and it says there's a Subtab on the Item record it looks like called SuiteCommerce Extensions that perhaps was already installed from another bundle, and this one is attempting to overwrite it.

The preset option is to Add and Rename, the other is to Replace Existing Object.
Is it better to go with Add and Rename? I only have one subtab in the item record related to SuiteCommerce called SuiteCommerce Product Review. So I'm quite unconfident as to what's causing the conflict.
