Location Missing On Expenses Bill

Hello,

I'm logging Bills and have a query regarding location. If I log an Item based line the Location box appears on each line, if I log an Expense based line it only shows on the header record. I've checked the settings and can't find an option but is it possible to add the Location to Expense based lines. Screenshot below.
