SuiteSuccess Manufacturing Standard Dashboards installation validation error

I am currently installing SuiteaApps and Bundles for a new NS account implementation and used the "SuiteSuccess NOAM Manufacturing Standard Deployment Guide" as a guide.

The installation goes smoothly not until I am installing now the "SuiteSuccess Manufacturing Standard Dashboards". When I open the SuiteApp in the marketplace it was tagged as "Validation Failed". Attached is the logs of the installation.

I would appreciate a fast response as this account is due for milestones within this week. Thank you.
