Hello there, i'm trying to build a saved search to isolate customers or prospects (Sales Order or Opportunity transactions) who have not as yet purchased items (or had them specced on an Opportunity) from a specific manufacturer, have tried both Transaction and Customer searches based on examples in Suite Answers, and using both item and manufacturer fields with no luck, we have a custom field for manufacturer but this isn't working either, would appreciate any advice on suggested searches, thanks for your help.
