Display formatted HTML field

Hi Everyone,

I want to use the value from the field {custrecord_psa_email_survey_content} to display a formatted HTML view in the field {custrecord_psa_view_ui}.

However, it only shows plain text rather than the desired formatted output. Please advice!

Context:

  • {custrecord_psa_email_survey_content}: Stores the HTML template value.
  • {custrecord_psa_view_ui}: Intended to display the formatted HTML but currently cannot.
