Sales Rep defaulting to User instead of Customer Record in Sales Transaction
When new customers are set up, they are assigned a sales person. Regardless who enters a transaction in the future, the sales person is to remain the same. This is not happening. Whoever enters the sales transaction (even though the sales rep field is disabled, defaults as the sales rep on that order. To add to the puzzle, there is ONE sales rep for whom this is not happening. He is using the same role as everyone else. I don't find any fields in the User setup that could affect this. The Form
