Is there a way to put 2 seller emails in 1 client?

I hope everyone is finding well.

A case was given to me in wich 2 sellers share 1 client (honestly I'm not sure why that would happen) and the thing is: since the client has 2 sellers, all the movements (sale orders, electronic invoice, etc.) must be sent by email to both sellers, but NetSuite only allows to send that information to 1 email (at least as far as I know).

Does someone know a way to do it? Thank you for your time and attention.

Option 1: Use CC or Multiple Recipients Field

* Add Multiple Emails: In NetSuite, when sending emails, you can add multiple recipients by separating email addresses with commas in the email field.* Example: seller1@example.com, seller2@example.com

* Set up a Workflow or Script: If manual entry isn't ideal, you can create a workflow or script to automatically populate the email field with both seller emails.

Option 2: Custom Field and Script

* Create a Custom Field:* Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields.
* Create a custom field for "Additional Seller Emails" and assign it to the Customer or Sales Order record.

* Use a Script to Send Emails:* Develop a SuiteScript (Client Script or User Event Script) to dynamically fetch emails from this custom field and include them in the CC or recipient list.

Option 3: Email Distribution Group

* Create an Email Distribution Group:* If your organization uses email services like Google Workspace or Office 365, create a distribution group (e.g., sellers-group@example.com) that forwards emails to both sellers.

* Set this Group Email: Use this single group email address in NetSuite to ensure both sellers receive the communications.
