Update Payroll Information Prompted Repeatedly
Hello -
We have an issue that has arisen in the testing of our SuitePeople US Payroll implementation before going live. When we go to create a batch, we are frequently prompted with the warning to go to the "Update Payroll Information" page and commit new changes.
If we commit the changes, we are able to calculate the batch. But, about 20-30 minutes later, if you attempt a new batch, the same prompt asking to commit payroll information comes up. Each time it says the type of change is Company and that the "company has changed since the last sync," but no changes (to our knowledge) have been made. The cycle repeats each time you hit commit.
