generate "Profit and loss" report using /xml though the suitescript 2.0

i am able to access the Chart-of-account (account record) through suitescript. for each account and parent hierarchy, i need to loop through the transactions as outer join (field account) to print 0.00 when there are no transactions for the given period and summarize all the transaction and print Balance for the given period example "01-jan-24" till today.

are there any API provided
