Bank Data Import Failed

Hi,

Customer is missing a transaction in their December bank import data. This failure has also happened in the past, August. I'm wondering what's causing it to miss one transaction. Is it advisable that we need to communicate with the Bank? Or is this something NetSuite issue?

And if I need to help import the data manually, can you share a quick how to guide on this?
