can't see a new bin just created in WMS for inventory transfer

Hi We created a new bin - storage type . When the warehouse operative try to transfer an item from a warehouse A bin 1 to warehouse B bin ZZ(new bin) , they can't find the bin ZZ - the new bin in WMS mobile. Please can you help ? in the UI, we can see this bin when posting an inventory transfer.
