Subsidiary Hierarchy

I am in need of setting up a new Indian Subsidiary and I want to place it under XXX Solutions. When I set it up in Sandbox, I was able to select Consolidated: XXX Solutions and it placed it under Inc. However when I tried o create it using the same steps in production it placed it under the Consolidated like the Singapore Entity. We have had some issues with other integrations with Singapore not working like the other subs and I feel like the reason is that it was set under a different parent. Is there something I need
