SSP Calculations Saved Search/Report

In a Saved Search for SSP Calculations, we are experiencing the following :

"I looked at the SSP calculation file today, and it looks like the revenue elements are pulling in the entire revenue arrangement. for example revenue element 11877 should have the step two result of $27,000.00, not both $27,000.00 and $396,000.00 and element 11881 should have $396,000.00., not both $27,000.00 and $396,000.00"

Following are screenshots of the criteria and results :

I'm guessing the problem the user raises has something to do with the Summary Type in the results, but when I tried changing to a 'Maximum' Summary Type for the Step One Result and Step Two Result columns, the results didn't look quite right. I think changing to that Summary Type, while it may have suppressed duplicate lines/data, also looks like its not then pulling in everything that it should.
