Purchase order register with received quantity

Hi Team,

We have created a custom report to show the purchase order line item wise received quantity but received quantity is not showing as per the transaction as the items are having multiple units.

whereas we need to show the quantity 288 & 240 respectively.

Please advise is there any alternate way to show the proper quantity which was used as per the transaction.
