Why is my Saved Search sending 2 Emails
I created a Saved Search for Credit Limit Warning Holds. The Hold Reason field is a custom field we created. Then some scripting sets the Credit Limit Hold in this custom field if the sales order is over the customers credit limit.
My Customer Service Teams wants an alert to be created and email to them when this happens versus having to manually run the Saved Search and go to the order.
I have the Search created. It is working, but we are receiving 2 emails. And I do not understand why. Any ideas?
