Restrict File Cabinet per Subsidiary

Hi team!

Just a quick question for an urgent request of a client:

Even though we have restricted the roles per Subsidiary, the users are able to have access in attachments/files of subsidiaries that are not allowed to.

In communication subtab in transaction records, the user in the dropdown list can view all the folders of the file cabinet irrelevant of the subsidiary that it belongs to.

Also, all the attachments can be downloaded by all users.

How can we restrict/cut those privileges from the users?

Any ideas will be much appreciated.
