suite cloud plus upgrade causing issue

For the customer EnergyVision we are running scripts to import Invoices from an external source. Yesterday at around the time we got a suite cloud plus upgrade (2 - 5 processors) suddenly 3 batches failed without an understandable error message ('com.netledger.common.exceptions.NLUserError: An unexpected SuiteScript error has occurred’ - which actually means next to nothing).

Does anyone have a similar experience?

Should NetSuite have warned the customer about the time of upgrade?
