XML File reference

When creating inbound e-documents for e-invoicing its asking for XML File reference. Does anyone know where i can get a xml file reverence for Bill transaction type. I could see JSON file reference in the file cabinet in the suiteapp folder. When i try converting the JSON to XML and try to select here gets this error:
